Refund & Returns Policy

Little Hearts Desire LLC is committed to providing quality products and a straightforward return experience.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, is required.

Items that cannot be returned

For health and hygiene reasons, intimate or sanitary items, including underwear, swimwear, and personal-care items, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Gift cards and downloadable products are also non-returnable.

How to request a return

Email littleheartsdesire@outlook.com or call 682-378-6313 with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect because of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
