At Little Hearts Desire, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's how our returns and refunds work. Returns — 30 days If something isn't right, email us at littleheartsdesire@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping If you change your mind, you cover the cost of returning it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we cover everything — including the shipping you paid. How to return something Email us at littleheartsdesire@outlook.com and we'll reply with exactly what to do and where to send it. Damaged, defective, or wrong item Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full. Once your return arrives, we will refund the price you paid to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. We'll email you when it's done.
